SKYDIVEZONE is the new branding of Cloud 9 Skydiving, and has been selling Skydiving and Parachute equipment since 1992. We are NZs exclusive CYPRES dealers and have extensive experience with it, therefore being in a postition to back up all sales and maintenance with an indepth knowledge base. The names behind the company are Kate Wills & Andy Pine. We have both been Skydiving for 25 and 30 years, and hold numerous ratings including Tandem Master, StaticLine and AFF Instructor and Parachute Technician. I Kate was New Zealands first female Tandem Instructor in 1992, at that time one of only 6 in the world, and also the countrys first female Parachute Technician. Andy has represented NZ at World level in Canopy Relative Work Competition and held the position of Safety Director of the NZPF and NZPIA for 3 years. We currently own and operate our own Drop Zone, a small locally focused, mostly weekend business in Dannevirke, about 45 minutes from Palmerston North. It is from here we operate SkydiveZone on a fulltime, Monday to Friday basis, so we are there to answer your queries, provide customer service and ship your orders without delay. We recognise that even the smallest customer is the most important in our very small Skydving market we have here in New Zealand, so you can rest assured we always try to make your order the priority.
